Our Centre is located in Arambol (North Goa) just a few meters from the sea.  It is placed exactly on Mandrem Beach, next to the Surf Club. We offer a peaceful and natural environment for Yoga practice. The yoga hall, constructed of natural material, is giving a great sense of openness and oneness with the surroundings. Pleasant huts are provided with inbuilt attached bathrooms. The huts we are booking only on your request, leaving for you the freedom of choice about accommodation.

The Season in Goa starts in November and lasts until the end of March. Arambol is famous for yoga retreats and evening activities, such as live music concerts, jam sessions, dance and fire shows and meditation. Just right next to Arambol there is Anjuna Beach known for Anjuna Flee Market, full of Indian handicrafts, clothes and accessories.

The Yoga Antar Centre is giving daily drop-in classes, yoga special retreats and workshops. Our specialty is intensive, 30-days, residential Yoga Teacher Training Course. Yoga Antar is providing 200-hrs Yoga Alliance registered Teacher Training Course ending with certification of Yoga Alliance USA. It means that after our course the student is able to become Registered Yoga Teacher 200 (RYT 200) in Yoga Alliance. The certification is respected all over the world.
Maximum batch: 20 students.

Daily drop-in classes:
Everyday 7.30-09.00 am

How to get there:
Goa is an international destination that can be reached by plane from almost anywhere in the world. Between October and mid April there are direct chartered flights running regularly to Dabolim – Goa’s main airport. You can also reach Goa from all India’s major domestic airports (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore). From Dabolim we recommend to take pre-paid taxi to Mandrem Beach.
Those interested to get to Goa by boat would be a pleasure to experience the adventure and the fun while traveling. The other means to get to Goa is the train that connects all the important cities in the country. The trains offer services that range from luxurious to budget catering to the needs of the travelers. One can also get to Goa by road and also by boat. Please let us know if we can help you or answer your questions.
