Dharamsala is situated in the Northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Dharamsala is best known as the home of Dalai Lama and Tibetan government in exile.

The magnificent foothills of Himalayas and amazing evergreen forests makes this place one and only on Indian map. In the summer season, between April and July, the visitors from all over the World are coming here to enjoy the pleasant weather, as well as spiritual activities, such as yoga and meditation retreats and courses.

Our Centre is located in Upper Bhagsu, in beautiful place called Trimurti Garden owned by Indo-German family. Each morning you can enjoy here the taste of freshly-baked bread and evening the sounds of traditional Indian music. The yoga hall is very spacious and has a special spirit. To practice yoga here and enjoying the view of Himalayas is just an unique, unforgettable experience.

Yoga Antar is providing here special Yoga Retreats (for organized groups only) and certified by Yoga Alliance 30-days intensive Yoga Teacher Training Courses.

Maximum batch: 20 students

How to reach Dharamsala :

BUS: there are daily AC buses traveling directly to Dharamsala and/or McLeod Ganj from many major cities in Northern India such as Kulu, Mandi, Dheradun, Rishikesh, Agra or Delhi.

The trip takes about 12 hours. A bus to McLeodGanj is closer to the Village of Upper Bhagsu, however, you can still take a bus to Dharamsala and from there take a bus (8 Rupees) or shared jeep (10 Rupees) up to McLeodganj. From there, you can walk (20 minutes) or take a rickshaw to Upper Bhagsu. Please ask about Trimurti Garden - it is well known place in the whole area.

TRAIN: Another way to travel to McLeodganj is to take a night train from Delhi to Pathankot or Chakki Bank (which is express) and then take a bus/ taxi or shared jeep from Pathankot to McLeodganj (which is about 100km or 2 hours). Train reservations can be made at the Foreigners Reservation Office at the railway stations in Mumbai, Madras, Calcutta and Delhi or online at http://www.irctc.co.in/

(NOTE: You must set up an account to purchase tickets online). You can also visit http://www.makemytrip.com

FLIGHT: Kingfisher offers daily flights from Delhi to Dharamsala arriving at Gaggal DHM, also known as Kangra Airport, or Dharamsala Airport. From the Airport you can take a taxi to Upper Bhagsu Village or bus.
